On 5/31/19 Mt. Carmel Police arrested David A. Reed, age 58, of Mt. Carmel, on a Wabash County Warrant for Failure to Appear. Reed was located in the area of Beauchamp and Cherry Street. Reed was transported to the Wabash County Jail where he was issued the warrant and held pending the posting of bond.
