On 4/05/19 Mt. Carmel Police arrested Kenneth C. Swatsley, age 31, of Mt. Carmel, for Aggravated Domestic Battery following an incident with a family member in the 600 block of Cedar Street. Police were called to the area in reference to Swatsley being unwanted and acting disorderly. Once Police arrived they found evidence to indicate Swatsley battered a family member during a dispute. Swatsley was taken into custody and transported to the Wabash County Jail where he was charged and held pending a bond setting by a judge.
