On 3/23/19 Mt. Carmel Police arrested Damion K. Miller, age 34, of Crossville, IL, following a request for police to a residence in the 100 block of S. Daniel Street. The caller reported finding an unknown male subject, sleeping on their couch, with their front door standing open. Officers arrived and located Miller on the couch. When contact was made with Miller he became combative and resisted arrest. Miller was eventually taken into custody and transported to the Wabash County Jail. Miller was charged with Felony Criminal Trespass to Residence and Resisting a Peace Officer. Miller is being held pending a bond setting by a judge.
