The Mt. Carmel Police Department could be the beneficiary of two grant applications submitted by finance commissioner Joe Judge. Just said one of the applications is for $2,500 and would pay for stop sticks for the police department while the second application would cover computer upgrades. Judge said he hoped to hear on the status of the applications by the end of this month.
