02/20/2019-Mt. Carmel Police arrested 26 year old Kyle P. Graff of Mt. Carmel after he was stopped in the area of 4th and Poplar Street. During the traffic stop it was determined that Graff was driving on a suspended driver’s license. Graff was arrested and transported to the Wabash County Jail where he was cited for driving while license is suspended and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
