02/20/2019-Mt. Carmel Police arrested 31 year old Kenneth C. Swatsley of Mt. Carmel after he was accused of striking two family members in the 600 block of Cedar. Swatsley was taken into custody and transported to the Wabash County Jail where he was charged with two counts of domestic battery. Swatsley was held pending the posting of bond.
