Mt. Carmel officials on Monday saluted a long-time city employee who is retiring. Bob Mayhue officially retires at the end of the year, but is using accumulated vacation and sick leave to begin his retirement sooner. Commissioners Rod Rodriguez and Tom Meeks and City Clerk Rudy Witsman all commended Mayhue for his hard work and dedication over the years.
