On 8/28/18 Mt. Carmel Police arrested Karen S. Miskell, age 55, of Mt. Carmel, for Driving While License Suspended and a Wabash County Failure to Appear Warrant. Miskell was stopped at 3rd & Walnut Street after an officer observed Miskell driving a vehicle and knew her to have a suspended driver's license. Miskell was taken to the Wabash County Jail where she was charged and held on a total of $350 cash bond.
