On 8/27/18 Mt. Carmel Police arrested Dustin I. Fisher, age 22, of Mt. Carmel, on a Wabash County Failure to Appear Warrant. Fisher was observed in the parking lot of 1230 N Walnut Street where he was taken into custody. Fisher was transported to the Wabash County Jail where he was issued the warrant and held on a $200 cash bond.
