07/30/2018-Early Monday morning Mt. Carmel Police arrested 24 year old Matthew L. Hess of Mt. Carmel after he was stopped in the 1500 block of Cherry Street. During the traffic stop it was discovered that Hess did not have a valid driver's license. Hess was arrested and transported to the Wabash County Jail where he was cited for no valid driver's license. Hess was being held pending the posting of bond.
