06/25/2018-Mt. Carmel Police arrested Heather M. Hall, age 30, of Mt. Carmel after police observed her standing outside of her residence in the 400 block of Cedar Street. Police knew she was wanted on a Wabash County failure to appear warrant and placed her under arrest. Hall was transported to the Wabash County Jail and held pending the posting of $200.00 cash bond.
