On 4/26/18 Mt. Carmel Police arrested Kendra L. Fuhrman, age 27, and Michael S. Keneipp, age 36, both of Princeton, Indiana following a 911 call from The Economy Inn Express Motel. The 911 call had sounds of some type of disturbance in the background, but no one was on the phone. Officers arrived and found that the above two people were staying in one of the rooms along with two children. Officers investigated the disturbance which led to Fuhrman being arrested for Domestic Battery, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Resisting/Obstructing a Peace Officer and Endangering the Life/Health of a Child. Keneipp was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Endangering the Life/Health of a Child. Both were taken to the Wabash County Jail where they were held pending the posting of bond. The children were taken into protective custody and later turned over to the Department of Children and Family Services.
