On April 29, 2018, at 9:06 p.m. Gibson County Central Dispatch received a 911 report of a disturbance in the 600 block of South Stout Street. Upon arriving in the area Deputy Austin Farrington began an investigation into the disturbance. During the investigation 44 year old Lisa Hunt was taken into custody after she was found to allegedly be in possession of Marijuana and drug paraphernalia. At the conclusion of the investigation Ms. Hunt was transported to the Gibson County Sheriff’s Office where she was charged with Battery resulting in bodily injury, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Paraphernalia, and Resisting Law Enforcement. She remains in custody on a $750 bond.
Assisting Deputy Farrington in his investigation was Deputy U.B. Smith and Princeton Officer Lincoln Edwards.
