Mt. Carmel Police arrested 40 year old Jason P. Nelson of Mt. Carmel after he was stopped for a traffic violation. During the arrest it was discovered that Nelson was operating a motor vehicle on a revoked driver’s license. The passenger in the vehicle, Cheryl D. Nelson, age 43, of Mt. Carmel was cited for permitting an unlicensed person to drive. Jason was transported to the Wabash County Jail where he posted $150.00 cash bond.
