04/14/2018-Mt. Carmel Police arrested 49 year old Faustino Martinez Armenta of Decatur, Alabama after he was stopped by police. The arresting officer reported that Armenta had and alcoholic beverage smell coming from his person. The arresting officer subsequently arrested Armenta for DUI and transported him to the Wabash County Jail. Armenta was given a breath test that indicated his BAC was well over double the legal limit to drive. Armenta was cited for DUI and illegal transportation of alcohol. Armenta was held pending the posting of bond.
