Things are back to normal at the Mt. Carmel Fire Department after a lightning strike April 3rdknocked out several items including all communications. Fire Commissioner Rod Rodriguez says the damaged equipment has been repaired and it’s hope the city’s insurance carrier will pick up the bill on those repairs.
