On 10/27/18 the Wabash County Sheriff's Office responded to 9583 Main St. in Keensburg reference a complaint of domestic battery. During the course of field interviews it was found that 28 year old Jeffery L. Isham wrapped his hand(s) around the victim's neck. Isham was taken into custody on a felony charge of domestic battery. The investigation continues and more charges are possible. Isham's bond has been set at $4,000 cash.
