On 12/04/17 at 12:29pm Mt. Carmel Police arrested 24 year old Mt. Carmel resident Brandon L. Reed for a Richland County IL Warrant for Failure to Appear. Reed was observed in the 100 block of N Market Street and placed under arrest without incident. Reed was transported to the Wabash County Jail where he was issued the warrant and is being held pending extradition back to Richland County.
