On 12/08/17 at 5:04pm Mt. Carmel Police arrested 18 year old Mt. Carmel resident Caleb M. Czak for a Wabash County Warrant for Aggravated Battery. Czak was located in the Burger King parking lot and placed under arrest. During the arrest Czak attempted to pull away from the arresting officer in an attempt to avoid arrest. Czak was secured in handcuffs and transported to the Wabash County Jail. Czak was issued the Aggravated Battery Warrant and also charged for Resisting/Obstructing a Peace Officer. Czak is being held on a $1150 cash bond.
