Aces Pick Up Road Win At Lawrenceville

From Coach Tyler Browning: Golden Aces (10-4 overall, 2-1 conference) get the road win tonight against Lawrenceville by the score of 14-9. There was both good and bad tonight, and definitely a lot we can learn from moving forward. We know we have to clean up some details to see success over the second half of the season.

A successful outing on the mound for Bowser as he went 6.1 innings, striking out 10. A few more walks than he would have liked prevented a complete game, but all around a really nice outing for the senior.

Deisher, Sloss, Coston all had multi-hit games for the Aces, but we were on the bases up and down the lineup all game long. We generated 10 hits, 10 walks, and 2 hit by pitches. Of those hits, 7 of them went for extra bases, including a couple of Home Runs by Coston and Smith.

JV will be in action tomorrow at Edwards County, with Varsity returning to action on Wednesday at Centralia. Thanks for the support and Go Aces!
