The Mt. Carmel Lady Aces traveled to Fairfield Monday night facing the Lady Mules. The the girls had a hard time getting momentum with Fairfield bringing a strong attacking game. The Aces dropped the match 16-25, 10-25. We didn’t make many errors, but neither did Fairfield, and they put up many more swings than us.

The JV Lady Aces came out the first set and had a hard time keeping up Fairfield’s offence. Fairfield tipped, hit corners, and moved the ball everywhere. Aces dropped the set 10-25, but the second set the girls pursued the ball faster and lead a good amount of the set, but Fairfield came back at the end and Aces dropped it 23-25.

The frosh lost in two sets 18-25, 13-25.
The Lady Aces will be back on the hilltop at home on Tuesday night to face a conference opponent the Lawrenceville Indians with Frosh starting at 5.
