The Lady Aces traveled to Newton to face Vandalia in the first round of class 2 A regional.
The Aces were up both sets for the majority of the match but the lead slipped away in the final few points of each. The second set the Aces Rallied with an 8-1 lead to start, but the Vandals clawed their way back. This made it a hard loss to have the win feel like it was right there. We say goodbye to the seniors after a year with less wins than MCHS volleyball has been used to, but still lots of fun, smiles, and laughs along the way. The Varsity wraps up the season 9-23.
