In an undefeated match up, the Mt. Carmel Jr. Aces baseball team handed Robinson their first loss, improving to 6-0 on the season.
A solid pitching performance from Aran Guanipa was a big key in the win. Guanipa gave up three runs on four hits, striking out eight batters.
Brantley Krup and Tate Buss lead the way at the plate for the Jr. Aces, they each went 2 for 3, combining for three RBIs and five runs scored.
In the second game the Jr. High J.V. Aces defeated Robinson 2-1.
