The Mt. Carmel Lady Aces golf team will depart early Thursday morning for the IHSA Class 1A Girls Golf State Finals in Decatur. The three-time defending State Champs will leave West Berwick Golf Club at 7am Thursday for Red Tail Run Golf Course where they’ll play an 18 hole practice round starting at 10:30am. The State Finals are 36 holes on Friday and Saturday.

9:42am: Ava Brumagin (#4 seed)
9:51am: Miley Kennard (#3 seed)
10am: Zeme Moore (#2 seed)
10:09am: Emily Gottman (#1 seed)
The Mt. Carmel girls are paired up with players from Chicago (University), Taylor Ridge (Rockridge), and Springfield (Sacred Heart-Griffin).
Spectators are welcome to watch the State Finals. Admission and parking are both free at Red Tail Run.
