On Monday, August 13th, Yellow Jackets Baseball traveled to Fairfield to take on WEAA Conference foe New Hope. New Hope jumped out to a 1-0 lead after one inning, then expanded the lead to 4-0 and 7-0 in the second and third innings respectively. New Hope added three more runs in the bottom of the fourth inning to take a 10-0 lead. The Yellow Jackets didn't give up, as they scored six runs in the top of the fifth inning to now trail 10-6.
