California man arrested for trespassing

On July 31, 2026, at 5:01 p.m. Gibson County Central Dispatch received a report of a person trespassing on a train in the 1200 block of East 300 South near Princeton.  Deputies arrived on scene and spoke with the reporting party and began an investigation into the incident.  After a brief search of the area Deputies located 52-year-old Daniel Jelladian of Los Angeles and took him into custody.  Mr. Jelladian was transported to the Gibson County Detention Center where he was charged with trespassing. 
 
Arresting Officer Shawn Holmes was assisted in his investigation by Deputies Wyatt Hunt, Wyatt Lashbrook, and Bart Wagner. 
 
All criminal defendants are to be presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
