Winslow man arrested for reckless driving

On July 5, 2026, at 4:44 a.m. Gibson County Deputy Michael Bates conducted a traffic stop on State Road 64 near County Road 400 West after observing a Black 2017 BMW sedan traveling 102-mph in a 55-mph zone.  Upon approaching the vehicle Deputy Bates conducted a brief investigation before placing the driver, 51-year-old Phillip Sisk of Winslow into custody.  Mr. Sisk was transported to the Gibson County Detention Center where he was charged with Reckless Driving. 
 
Deputy Wyatt Lashbrook and Princeton Officers Landon Perryman and Ben Michael assisted in this investigation. 
 
All criminal defendants are to be presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
