On 7/30/25, Mt. Carmel Police issued Micah L. Garrett, age 20, of Bronx, New York, a Wabash County Warrant for Non-Consensual Dissemination of a Private Sexual Image after turning himself in to the Mt. Carmel Police Department. The warrant was a result of a 2023 MCPD investigation into an allegation that Garrett had sent a sexual image of another person, without their knowledge or consent. Garrett was taken to the Wabash County Jail, where he was held pending a pre-trial release determination by the court.
