City officials are reminding residents of a couple of ordinances that could result in fines if violated. The first issue was brought up by commissioner Eric Ikemire who said he had noticed and had received complaints about trash toters never being taken off of the street once they are emptied. City ordinance states that trash toters can’t be set out 24 hours before the scheduled pick up day and must be taken off the street within 24 hours after pickup.
Fire chief Francis Speth brought up the second issue this one dealing with illegal burning….
