Police spent a good deal of time Monday investigating a break in at the Dollar General store on West 9th Street in Mt. Carmel. Police Chief Mike McWilliams told the city council Monday that the front door of the business was broken and at least person had entered the building. McWilliams said it was not clear yet whether anything was taken from the store.
