In addition, heaters will be installed in the basement for a total of almost $48,000 for the work on the lower level of the building. In the upstairs, the health board approved spending over $17,500 on new windows and over $11,000 for flooring to replace the carpeted areas. And the final piece of the improvements approved yesterday was spending over $23,000 for a new digital sign at the health department.
