The Mt. Carmel City Council has given the green light to Mt. Carmel Public Utility’s Riverview Ramble Half Marathon. The Ramble, which also includes a 10K and 5K, was approved for Saturday, October 26th. MCPU President David James told the council that the race has generated $21,000 that has been donated to local charities.
