New airport manager Luis Garcia delivered his first report to the Mt. Carmel City Council. Garcia, who replaced Paris Pennington, said he is getting up to speed in the new position with help from former long time manager Ken Wood. Mayor Joe Judge said officials are working on projects that will improve airport operations.
