On 6/16/23, Mt. Carmel Police arrested Brandon L. Banks, age 41, of Mt. Carmel on a Wabash County Warrant for Violation of Probation following a dog complaint in the 1100 block of Landes Street. During the incident, the arresting officer learned one of the involved parties, Brandon Banks, had the active warrant for his arrest. Banks was issued the above warrant and later released on a Notice to Appear.
