A Tennessee man is scheduled to make his first appearance Monday in Wabash County Circuit Court on a Class 1 felony charge of criminal sexual assault. 19 year old Tim Patrick “TJ” Pangonas of Eads, Tennessee was arrested by Mt. Carmel Police on April 13th following an investigation into allegations that Pangonas sexually assaulted an adult female at a residence in Mt. Carmel. Pangonas is currently free on a $20,000 cash bond.
