It’s been rumored for months that Mt. Carmel would soon be the home for a new recreational cannabis outlet that would open in the former AT & T location at 9th and Chestnut Street. But, Mayor Joe Judge says he’s heard nothing that would indicate that….
Now that it’s been announced that a recreational cannabis location would open in Grayville, Judge said that would have no bearing one way or the other to one opening in Mt. Carmel as there are no geographical limitations to where cannabis businesses can open.
