On 10/20/23, Mt. Carmel Police arrested Robert M. Hinderliter, age 36, of Mt. Carmel for Public Indecency following an incident in the 1000 block of N Pear Street. Police were called to the scene when the complainant observed a male subject, later identified as Hinderliter, urinating in the driveway to neighboring residence. Upon arrival, police were allowed to observe video surveillance footage that confirmed the identity of Hinderliter as well as his alleged behavior. The complainant was allowed to sign a complaint against Hinderliter. Hinderliter was located in the 400 block of N Pear Street where he was found to be highly intoxicated. EMS was contacted and transported Hinderliter to an area hospital due to these levels. Hinderliter was charged with the above offense and released on a Notice to Appear.
