A woman from Odon, Illinois was the high bidder for the 2009 Chevrolet Malibu the Mt. Carmel City Council was selling. The car was previously used by the airport and the $6,000 bid must be approved by the GSA before it’s officially sold. Bids were opened at Tuesday’s City Council meeting.
