Get ready to do some fall cleaning. The city’s fall clean up week is set for October 3rd through the 7th. It’s one of two weeks a year that Republic Services picks up your larger items.
Since the city’s trash pick up day is now just one day, you should have your larger items curbside on Monday, October 3rd. And because there’s so much trash to pick up that week, it may be Tuesday or Wednesday before Republic gets to your larger items. But city officials stress you need to have them out ready for pickup on that Monday or you may be missed.
