This week, Wabash County Commissioners two requests to aid the upcoming Ag Days Festival in Mt. Carmel. The first was to approve a recommendation from the tourism committee to allocate $3,000 from the county’s hotel-motel tax fund to pay for advertising and entertainment at Ag Days. The second was to allow a cornhole tournament to be held on county owned lot uptown on the Saturday of Ag Days which is set for August 3rd through 6th.
