On 7/10/2022, Mt. Carmel Police arrested Colton W. Hutchins, age 23, of Albion, for Violation of an Order of Protection. Hutchins is the respondent on an order of protection issued out of Wabash County Circuit Court. On this date, Hutchins arrived at the petitioner’s residence in the 1100 block of Poplar Street which violated the order attempting to contact the protected party. Police contacted Hutchins in the 1100 block of West 3rd Street where he was taken into custody, transported to the Wabash County Jail, and held pending a bond setting by a judge.
