On 4/19/22, Mt. Carmel Police arrested Carl. P. Pierce, age 34, of Mt. Carmel, on a Wabash County Warrant for Failure to Report to a Penal Institution. Pierce was observed entering a residence in the 1400 block of West 3rd Street. Pierce was located and placed into custody. Pierce was taken to the Wabash County Jail where he is being held on a $2000 cash bond.
