On 3/4/22, Mt. Carmel Police arrested Shannon N. Fisher, age 30, of Mt. Carmel, on a Wabash County Warrant on a Motion to Revoke Bond. Fisher was located at 2nd & Mulberry where she was taken into custody. Fisher was transported to the Wabash County Jail where she was issued the warrant and held with no bond.
