On 3/17/22, Mt. Carmel Police arrested Marshall R. Keneipp, age 43, of Mt. Carmel, on a Wabash County Failure to Appear Warrant. Keneipp was located in the area of 3rd & Market where he was taken into custody and transported to the Wabash County Jail where he was held on a $300 cash bond.
