On 7/2/21, Mt. Carmel Police arrested Roger A. Conover, age 36, of Albion, on a Washington County Failure to Appear Warrant as well as an Edwards County Failure to Appear Warrant. Conover was observed in the 1000 block of Pear Street where he was arrested and transported to the Wabash County Jail pending the posting of a $400 cash bond or extradition back to one of the issuing counties.
