On 7/22/21, Mt. Carmel Police cited John W. Clancy, age 57, of Mt. Carmel, for Disorderly Conduct, following an incident at the Economy Inn. Police were called by the inn manager, who requested Clancy leave due to him provoking an argument with a resident, but he refused and continued to yell at the resident. Once officers arrived, the manager asked to sign a complaint against Clancy for breaching the peace of the inn. Clancy was issued the charge mentioned above and released on a Notice to Appear in court.
