The Mt. Carmel City Council has approved a half-marathon, 5K, and 10K races on Halloween weekend. David James of Mt. Carmel Public Utility was at last Monday’s City Council meeting and explained the Riverview Ramble is planned for Saturday, October 30th starting at 8am in the 300 block of Market Street. He said Merchants Park will be utilized for runners to pick up race packets and there’ll be something for non-race participants too….
James said proceeds will be donated to Wabash County assistance programs.
