On 3/8/21, Mt. Carmel Police arrested Della M. Byrns, age 36, of Mt. Carmel, on a Wabash County Warrant for Concealing a Fugitive in the area of 2nd & Walnut Street. Upon arriving at the Mt. Carmel Police Department Byrns was issued her warrant and released with a court date.
