On 3/8/21, Mt. Carmel Police arrested Ivan D. Hinds, age 26, of Mt. Carmel, on an Illinois Department of Corrections Parole Violation Warrant. Hinds was arrested at his residence in the 500 block of East 5th Street and transported to the Wabash County Jail where he is being held pending extradition back to the Illinois Department of Corrections.
