Saying it was not a good combination, the Mt. Carmel City Council has tabled a request to establish a new class of liquor license in the city. The owners of the new Starcade on East 5th Street had asked the city about the possibility of establishing a bring your own bottle class of liquor license to use when the arcade would hold adult only events in the evening when no children were present.
